Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Manager – Salon Operations to lead the resort's salon, delivering exceptional guest experiences and optimizing service delivery. You will supervise the team, maintain inventory, and drive revenue in line with luxury hospitality standards.

You will report to the Director of Spa Operations and be responsible for ensuring Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star service, maintaining hygiene and safety, and coordinating with the spa leadership to achieve guest

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Cosmetology, Hospitality, or Business Management.
Minimum five years of salon or spa management experience, preferably in a luxury resort/hotel.
Experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards is essential.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Ensure high standards of quality, service and guest satisfaction across the salon.
Lead, coach and develop the salon team for consistent luxury service.
Oversee salon treatments and operations following policies and procedures.
Maintain health, safety, cleanliness, and product usage standards.
Monitor inventory, vendor purchases and financial records in the unit.
Drive revenue through service delivery, merchandising and guest engagement.
Manage monthly revenue, payroll budget and expenditure records.
Support the Director of Spa Operations and undertake additional duties as assigned.
