Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Manager - Salon Operations to lead daily salon activities at a luxury UAE resort. You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold Forbes Five-Star standards, and optimize service delivery while guiding a skilled team.

The role requires a diploma or degree in cosmetology, hospitality, or business management and at least five years in salon/spa management, preferably in a luxury setting. Pre-opening experience is a plus, with a focus on revenue, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Cosmetology, Hospitality, or Business Management is required.
• Minimum five years of salon or spa management experience, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel; pre-opening experience is welcomed.
• Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards is essential.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and guest service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Salon Team delivers Wynn Al Marjan Island's high standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction in every aspect of the salon experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop the salon team to deliver consistent, personalized luxury service.
• Oversee the execution and completion of salon beauty and male grooming treatments and operations per policies.
• Implement and monitor quality control mechanisms for salon operations, including treatments, guest service, cleanliness and hygiene, staff grooming and presentation, product use, and health and safety.
• Assist the Director in managing monthly revenue, payroll budget, and expenditure records.
• Control expenses and identify opportunities to generate additional revenue.
• Maintain inventory levels of all products and raise purchase orders for operational supplies.
• Continuously improve health and safety standards.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Spa Operations.
