Responsibilities

• Oversee all spa operations and facilities for efficiency, safety and brand compliance.
• Lead, mentor and develop spa staff through performance management and development initiatives.
• Drive proactive strategic initiatives to market spa products and services and grow revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of therapist schedules, room utilization and staff productivity.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors, pricing, and market positioning to inform decisions.
• Analyze market trends and global spa developments to adjust strategies for competitive advantage.
• Oversee monthly inventory checks and procurement to optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Ensure QA standards and audit compliance across spa areas and monitor progress against targets.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders to represent the spa and resort brand values.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services to provide guidance and recommendations.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
