Hilton in Dubai invites experienced hospitality professionals to join as Head Spa Therapist, leading spa operations and delivering memorable guest experiences across our health club, fitness center, and salon.

You will train and supervise the spa team, ensure service excellence, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with marketing and guest services to drive engagement and growth within a globally renowned hospitality brand.

Responsabilités

As a Head Spa Therapist, you’re not just supervising daily health club operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Supervise Spa operations: Support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon
• Lead the Treatment Operation: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience
• Provide hands‑on support: Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints
• Support business operations: Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
