Qualifikationen

• Previous supervisory experience in a luxury spa, wellness, hospitality, or membership-based environment.
• Strong sales and relationship-management skills with a passion for health, wellness, and guest experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Strong administration and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with spa or hotel systems such as Book4Time, Opera, Birchstreet, or similar platforms is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Drive membership sales through consultations facility tours and relationship building.
• Manage membership renewals upgrades freezes cancellations and account administration.
• Serve as the main contact for members ensuring exceptional service and prompt issue resolution.
• Develop member engagement and retention initiatives including loyalty programs and special recognition activities.
• Coordinate wellness events workshops and exclusive member experiences.
• Maintain accurate membership contracts billing records payment reconciliation and monthly reporting.
• Support daily spa operations through facility inspections reception coverage and coordination of external wellness specialists.
