Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Ltd in Dubai is seeking a Membership Sales Supervisor for our luxury spa, wellness and hotel environment. You will drive membership sales, manage renewals and upgrades, and serve as the main contact for members to ensure exceptional service and timely issue resolution.

You will develop member engagement initiatives, coordinate wellness events, and maintain accurate contracts and billing while supporting daily spa operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising in a luxury spa, wellness, hospitality, or membership-based environment.
• Strong sales and relationship-management skills with a passion for health, wellness and guest experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with spa or hotel systems such as Book4Time, Opera, Birchstreet, or similar platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through consultations, facility tours, and relationship building.
• Manage membership renewals, upgrades, freezes, cancellations, and account administration.
• Serve as the main contact for members, ensuring exceptional service and prompt issue resolution.
• Develop member engagement and retention initiatives, including loyalty programs and special recognition activities.
• Coordinate wellness events, workshops, and exclusive member experiences.
• Maintain accurate membership contracts, billing records, payment reconciliation, and monthly reporting.
• Support daily spa operations through facility inspections, reception coverage, and coordination of external wellness specialists.

What you will do:
