Job summary

Prime Trade Commercial Brokers in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic programs across Africa, UAE and the MENA region. You will serve as the operational interface between General Management and institutional authorities, ensuring controlled execution in highly regulated environments.

The role demands cross-functional coordination, robust risk management, and fluency in French and English. Arabic or an African language is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in managing institutional or sovereign programs.
• Experience with multi-jurisdiction environments and long decision cycles.
• Excellent proficiency in French and English; Arabic or an African language is a strong asset.
• Proficient with planning tools such as MS Project, Notion, Monday.com.
• Diplomacy, rigor, and ability to operate in sensitive institutional environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and manage projects within Prime Trade Group's portfolio.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (legal, finance, ops) and institutional partners.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and budgets with dashboards.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies across programs.
• Prepare progress reports for the General Manager and senior leadership.
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance of deliverables.
• Organize and lead steering committees and project review meetings.
