Job summary

AppliedAI seeks a Regional Marketing Manager for MENA and Global Programs, based in UAE with frequent travel to the region. You will own marketing for high-value accounts, align with global teams, and scale programs across regions.

You'll run ABM programs, manage events, partner marketing, and content across LinkedIn and web channels, reporting into regional leadership and collaborating with global marketing. Strong English and Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years in B2B marketing for enterprise technology, including at least 5+ in the MENA and hands-on account-based marketing experience.
• Track record of generating enterprise pipeline through account-based programs against named accounts.
• Experience in executing against a centrally set brand and playbook, working closely with a global marketing team, agencies and freelancers.
• Understanding of how large MENA organizations, including government-linked entities, buy technology, and credibility with their senior leaders.
• Experience in planning and running executive events in the MENA, from private dinners to flagship events and major conferences.

Responsibilities

• Account-based marketing: Run ABM programs into the MENA priority accounts with regional leadership.
• Events: Own the MENA event calendar and host executive dinners for priority accounts.
• Partner marketing: Drive partner marketing with local resellers and technology partners.
• Global programs: Document successful MENA programs for replication in other regions.
• People Management: Manage one or two BDRs in the region.
• Content, digital and operations: Adapt global materials for MENA buyers and partners; manage campaigns in Salesforce.
