Atlantis, The Palm invites a talented Sous Chef to join the Nobu team, guiding culinary operations with the Chef de Cuisine to uphold the highest standards. You will ensure hygiene, manage stock, coordinate across departments and train staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Catering with at least 5 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably across diverse cuisines or in a Michelin-star environment, and shows strong leadership in a luxury

Qualifications

• Diploma in Catering with a minimum of 5 years’ kitchen experience.
• Experience across diverse cuisines or a specific cuisine style related to the role preferred.
• Leadership experience in a 5-star hotel or Michelin-starred setting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Cuisine to lead, manage and organize all requirements to the highest standards.
• Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation in areas under your jurisdiction and maintain stock of working materials.
• Direct, supervise and motivate staff to perform to the highest level of service.
• Coordinate inter-department collaboration and train team members.
• Enforce set service standards and contribute to a premium guest dining experience.
