Sous Chef

As a Sous Chef at our prestigious restaurant in Dubai, you will work closely with our Head Chef to create and execute exceptional menus. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a high-end establishment and be fluent in French. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the kitchen operations, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and training and supervising staff. You must have excellent leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a passion for creating innovative dishes using fresh ingredients. A competitive salary of 1100$ per month is offered, along with accommodation and transportation. Canadian nationality preferred.
