Qualifications

• Commitment to food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support overall kitchen operations and step in to manage duties when required.
• Prepare and cook a wide range of international dishes including French, Italian, and fusion cuisine.
• Supervise kitchen team members and ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Plan staff schedules, support training delivery, and monitor team performance.
