Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sourcing Executive to join Trukker for GCC logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and arrange trucks for domestic and cross-border logistics movements across GCC countries.
• Coordinate with transporters and vendors to ensure timely vehicle availability and smooth shipment execution.
• Negotiate freight rates, commercial terms, and vendor agreements to achieve cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Identify, onboard, and manage new transport vendors and fleet partners to strengthen supply availability across regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transporters, fleet owners, and logistics partners for long‑term operational support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in truck sourcing, fleet management, logistics operations, or transporter coordination.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and operational coordination skills.
• Good understanding of GCC domestic and cross‑border transportation operations.
