Job summary

We One is seeking a Fleet Executive/Operations Executive to oversee end-to-end fleet operations, transport planning, execution, and maintenance coordination in Dubai. The role focuses on cost-effective, timely logistics with strong fleet utilization and high vehicle availability.

The position is permanent (full-time) and based at JAFZA, Dubai. Candidates should have 2–3 years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding, including at least 1 year with trucking exposure, to drive continuous operational

Job Summary

The Fleet Executive/ Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing end-to-end fleet operations, transport planning, execution, and maintenance coordination to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely logistics operations. The role ensures optimal fleet utilization, high vehicle availability, and strong operational performance across all transport activities.

Key Responsibilities Fleet & Transport Operations

• Manage overall fleet operations including owned and outsourced vehicles
• Ensure optimal utilization of fleet resources to meet operational requirements
• Monitor daily transport execution and ensure on-time deliveries
• Oversee vehicle allocation, scheduling, and availability planning
• Candidates must have atleast 2-3 years of Logistics / Freight Forwarding experience of which atleast 1 year should be with exposure or working with trucking business
