We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The position is based in a prestigious 5-star hotel and we offer a salary of 1600 monthly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guests with exceptional wine advice, anticipating their needs, and help them make the best wine selection for their meal. The Sommelier will also be responsible for managing the hotel’s wine inventory, developing and curating an extensive list of wines from around the world, as well as overseeing the presentation of wine menus and cellar systems.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role along with a comprehensive knowledge of wines from all regions and styles. This individual should also possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrate a passion for hospitality, and have an in-depth understanding of food pairings. In addition, they must have fluent English language skills to communicate effectively with guests from all over the world.
