Salary: 1500 AED

We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for the selection, storage and service of all wines in the restaurant. You must have a deep knowledge and passion for wine, and be able to provide advice on food and wine pairings.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as a sommelier in a high-end restaurant, as well as knowledge of global wines. They must also have excellent customer service skills and an engaging personality. The ability to speak both English and Arabic is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Advise guests on appropriate wine selections based on their taste preferences.
• Ensure all wines are stored properly in accordance with industry standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current global vintages, pricing and availability of wines.
• Create unique pairings between food dishes and wines that enhance the dining experience.
