Want More in Dubai seeks a passionate Sommelier to lead wine selection, purchase, storage and service in our restaurant. You will advise guests, curate wine lists, manage stock and ensure proper storage.

Ideal candidates have proven sommelier experience, deep wine knowledge, strong customer service and up-to-date industry insights. You will train staff and build strong relationships with suppliers to secure quality products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sommelier or in a hospitality/restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of wine production, flavor profiles, viticulture, winemaking techniques, pricing.

Job Title: Sommelier

Salary: AED 1000/month

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the selection, purchase, storage and service of wines in our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on wine selection based on their individual tastes.
• Create wine lists and wine menus for the restaurant.
• Monitor stock levels and order new wines when required.
• Ensure proper storage of all wines and food items.
• Ensure that all staff is knowledgeable about the wines we serve and can provide accurate advice to customers.
• Develop relationships with wine suppliers to secure excellent prices on quality products.
• Educate staff about the different types of wines available and their characteristics.

Qualifications
