Sommelier job vacancy in Dubai UAE

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting, purchasing, and serving the finest wines to our customers with a great level of customer service.

The ideal candidate must have an excellent knowledge of wines from around the world. They should be able to make sound recommendations and pairings based on the food being served. They should also have a comprehensive understanding of vintages, grape varieties, regions, and styles. The successful candidate must also be able to serve guests in a professional manner and handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a courteous manner.

In addition to wine expertise, the successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with other members of the hospitality team. They should also possess good organizational skills and demonstrate responsibility when ordering new stock or handling payments.

The salary for this position is 1700 per month (plus allowance for tips). We are open to considering applications from foreign candidates who have no prior experience as a sommelier but can demonstrate their passion for wine and display their commitment to giving our customers an exceptional experience.
