We are seeking an experienced Sommelier for an exciting position in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-end wine selection, providing guidance and advice to customers, and handling the day-to-day operations of the wine division.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of wines from various regions, as well as about food pairings. They must be able to interpret customer preferences to make appropriate selections. As a Sommelier, they must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and an understanding of hospitality etiquette. They must be able to effectively communicate with customers and staff while providing accurate information on wine varieties and their characteristics.

Strong organizational skills are essential for this role, as the Sommelier is expected to keep records of inventory while ensuring that all wines are stored properly. Additionally, they must ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner and that any potential issues or discrepancies with orders or shipments are quickly resolved.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1700 AED per month; however, this may be negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
