Job summary

The successful applicant must also have a working knowledge of the laws and regulations surrounding alcohol consumption and be able to ensure that all guests are served responsibly.

They should also have exemplary organizational skills as they will be responsible for keeping accurate records of inventory levels, ordering new wine selections as needed, and maintaining control over their budgeted expenses.
