Position Title: Sommelier

Location: Dubai

Salary: 1200 AED

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the selection, ordering and storage of a range of premium wines, to ensure an excellent and varied offering for our customers.

The Sommelier will be expected to have extensive knowledge of different wines from around the world, including their production methods and tasting notes. They must also be able to provide advice on wine pairings and suggest appropriate wines to suit customers’ tastes. The Sommelier will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with new trends in the wine industry and regularly updating our wine list accordingly.

We require a professional with excellent communication skills, who is able to build relationships with suppliers in order to negotiate prices and secure the best quality wines, as well as engaging with customers when recommending options. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a sommelier at a high-end restaurant or hospitality establishment.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1200 AED per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
