Job summary

TrendAI, the AI security unit of Trend Micro, seeks a Solutions Engineer in the UAE to bridge sales and presales with a focus on security architecture and cloud security. You will guide customers through Trend Micro Next-Gen solutions and shape technical strategy with customers while partnering with Sales to drive strong outcomes.

The role emphasizes delivering technical demonstrations, training partners, and staying current with evolving cybersecurity trends to protect customer environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of presales or pre-sales security experience.
• Strong knowledge of SOC operations, security analytics, and cloud security concepts.
• Experience with public cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google) is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to present complex security topics to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical bridge between Sales and customers during presales.
• Deliver engaging security demonstrations of Trend Micro products.
• Train and enable partners, CSPs, MSSPs for customer engagements.
• Stay updated on product/technology with Product Manager input.
• Present complex security solutions to all levels of the organization.
