Job summary

TrendAI, the global AI security leader and unit of Trend Micro, seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales and pre-sales customers in the UAE. You will guide customers on Trend Micro Next-Gen security solutions and shape their security architecture with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include delivering technical demos, enabling partners, and keeping sales teams informed on product knowledge and technology trends. Fluency in English and cloud/SOC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in delivering presales support and security solutions to customers.
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, security analytics, and cloud security concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical bridge between Sales and pre-sales customers.
• Guide customers in selection and deployment of Trend Micro Next-Gen security solutions.
• Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and articulate product advantages.
