Job summary

RoboHub in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking a technically proficient Sales Engineer to drive new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle. You will demonstrate AI and automation solutions to engineers and business leaders, while building trusted relationships with clients.

The role demands 2–4 years in technical sales, a strong track record of meeting targets, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering in tech, AI, or automation products.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI solutions, smart systems or robotics and ability to discuss technical concepts with engineers and business decision-makers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to manage own pipeline independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries through prospecting, cold outreach, site visits, and networking.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value and capabilities of our solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate pipeline reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for pre-sales and post-sales technical queries.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with the technical and operations team.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets - consistent performance against targets is a core expectation of this role.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, with clear visibility on pipeline status and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover and client onboarding after deal closure.
