Job summary

Robosoft is seeking an experienced senior commercial leader to drive MEA expansion from Day 1 with a warm existing client base and a strong pipeline across UAE, Qatar and KSA. The role is built around C-suite engagement, enterprise-grade AI deployments, and high ownership of P&L in a GCC context.

You will lead AI opportunity workshops, position ARIA solutions, and govern complex, fixed-price and AMS engagements while partnering with offshore teams to scale the business in FY26-27 and beyond.

Qualifications

• GCC market experience mandatory; 5+ years selling enterprise tech to C-suite in UAE, Qatar or KSA.
• Existing C-suite relationships in UAE BFSI/travel/hospitality or government sector.
• Technically articulate; comfortable with ARIA/ADLC positioning.
• Culturally adept across GCC; Arabic language is a plus.
• 12–15 years enterprise B2B tech sales; professional services, digital transformation or AI platforms.
• Strong command of GCC commercial structures: RFPs, PO governance, fixed-price bids, AMS.
• Self-motivated; able to build pipeline from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Qatar portfolio with C-suite relationship management.
• Activate UAE enterprise accounts across Abu Dhabi, Dubai with a strong pipeline.
• Position ARIA AI solutions and run AI Opportunity Assessment workshops.
• Build the KSA pipeline with major entities.
• Lead RFPs and commercial negotiations across UAE, Qatar and KSA.
• Navigate GCC commercial and payment governance.
• Represent Robosoft at GITEX Dubai, LEAP Riyadh and MEA events.
• Provide market intelligence feedback to the SVP Sales.
