Job summary

SITA is seeking a Solution Specialist, Manager to serve as the critical bridge between customers, sales, product management, and solution engineering within the CDX Portfolio. You will translate complex customer requirements into compelling solution narratives to drive growth across the Middle East and Africa.

Reporting to the Product Management Director, you will expand SITA's connectivity, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services portfolio by partnering with Business Development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales support.
• Experience presenting complex technical solutions to executives.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development Managers to identify and qualify strategic opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions with customers.
• Present and position networking, connectivity, cybersecurity, and digital solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor across sales, product, and solutions engineering.
• Build opportunity pipelines and support account growth and long-term engagement.
• Translate needs into actionable requirements for solution strategies.
• Support RFP responses, solution positioning, and business-case development.
• Conduct high-level assessments to identify risks and recommended approaches.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to provide market insights and customer feedback.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet customer expectations and revenue goals.
