SITA in Dubai seeks a Solution Specialist Manager to bridge customers, sales, product, and engineering within the CDX portfolio. You will translate complex requirements into compelling narratives, drive opportunities from discovery to offer development, and expand the connectivity, cybersecurity, and managed services portfolio across the Middle East and Africa region.

Reporting to the Product Management Director, you will collaborate with business development, product, and solution engineering

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in pre-sales solution consulting or customer-facing tech roles.
• Proven understanding of networking connectivity, cybersecurity, wireless networking, LAN/WAN, cloud networking or telecom services.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to business stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
• Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and develop solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Commercial awareness of solution sales cycles and account management.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English, French and Arabic are required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Business Development Managers to identify and progress strategic opportunities.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and solution discussions to understand challenges.
• Present SITAs networking, connectivity, cybersecurity, and digital communication solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor across sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Build and maintain opportunity pipelines with regional sales teams.
• Translate customer needs into actionable requirements and contribute to solution strategies.
• Support RFP responses and commercial discussions.
• Conduct high-level solution assessments identifying risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to gather market insights and feedback.
