Job summary

New Era Technology in Dubai is seeking a Senior Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to partner with Enterprise Account Executives, design customized cloud-based solutions, and lead discovery sessions for complex digital transformation initiatives.

You will deliver technical presentations to IT and C-level stakeholders, run POCs, collaborate with partners, and document requirements in CRM tools like Dynamics and HubSpot, ensuring smooth handoffs to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering required.
• 5+ years in technical pre-sales or technical consulting.
• Hands-on cloud development, architecture and data integration experience.
• Familiar with cloud-native, microservices, serverless and event-driven designs.
• Understanding of DevOps, Agile and modern development practices.
• Knowledge of descriptive and generative AI methodologies.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Dynamics, HubSpot) and diagramming tools.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

• Knowledge of descriptive and generative AI methodologies and capabilities

• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant technical certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, or Azure


• Experience working with enterprise-level clients and complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
