Overview

Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, ribbon customizations, business rules, Power Automate flows, and custom APIs.
• Configure and customize forms, views, dashboards, Business Process Flows, security roles, and Model-Driven Apps.
• Design, develop, and support Power Pages portals; configure authentication providers including Azure AD B2C and Entra ID.
• Develop custom portal components using Liquid Templates, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Web Templates; implement portal security, web roles, and table permissions.
• Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems; develop and consume REST APIs, Web APIs, OData services, and custom connectors.
• Implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure API Management, and Event Grid.
• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 migration projects; plan and execute data migration, environment migration, regional migration, and tenant-to-tenant migration.
• Perform data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Design cloud-native integration architectures.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Power Platform Pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers; conduct code reviews and participate in solution architecture discussions.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides; support production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Power Platform experience.
• Experience delivering large enterprise CRM implementations.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE upgrades and migrations, regional CRM migration projects, Power Pages implementation and customization, and enterprise integrations with ERP, ticketing, payment gateways, marketing platforms, and customer service systems.
• Azure-based integration architecture, performance optimization and troubleshooting, and security model design and governance.
• Large-scale data migration and reconciliation activities.
