Job summary

Glean seeks a senior technical advisor to serve as the primary strategic technical contact for enterprise customers, owning account strategy and quarterly roadmap reviews. You will craft technical roadmaps aligned to business objectives and lead architecture decisions across APIs, SDKs, and agent workflows.

You will productionize complex workflows with governance and observability, designing strategic builds like custom connectors and Web SDK integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 7+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Software development experience in Python, Java, Go, or similar modern languages.
• Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, custom data integrations, and enterprise application architecture.
• High AI fluency, including integrating AI into core workflows and building multi-step processes.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Strong technical debugging skills including log analysis and end-to-end tracing.
• Deep understanding of networking, cloud/on-prem connectivity, and enterprise security constraints.
• Experience in at least two disciplines: Software Engineering, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Professional Services, Support Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
