Info Resume Edge is seeking a Distribution and Channel Sales Manager with extensive experience in the solar inverter sector. The role focuses on building and sustaining channel partnerships, developing robust sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through distributors and key partners in the region.

You will lead channel development, provide training, analyze market trends, monitor performance, and coordinate promotions with marketing to maximize market share and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 23 years of proven experience in distribution and channel sales, specifically in solar inverter.
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Channel Development: Identify establish and maintain relationships with key distributors and channel partners in the solar inverter market.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
• Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to distributors and channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies
• Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that drive channel sales.
