Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading provider of sustainable solar lighting and advanced battery solutions to hire an experienced Sales Manager in the United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on expanding key accounts, forming strategic partnerships, and growing market presence across commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

You will develop sales strategies, manage the full cycle from lead to closure, mentor the sales team, and stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–8 years of sales experience in solar, batteries, electrical products, lighting, renewable energy, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong network with distributors, EPC companies, contractors, or institutional customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, government projects, and institutional clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Build long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans.
• Mentor junior sales executives and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
