Job summary

TECHNOWAVE ID SYSTEMS (P) LIMITED in Dubai seeks an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site technical assistance for enterprise applications. The role covers SQL Server, Windows Server, and REST API services, with experience in ERP integrations and device management.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in similar roles, a Bachelor's in CS/IT, and strong trouble-shooting skills for software installations and deployments. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in software/application support or similar technical role.
• Experience with enterprise applications and customer-facing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of SQL Server and SQL queries.
• Basic understanding of Windows Server and application deployment.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, and web services.
• Understanding of file-based integrations such as CSV, TXT, Excel, SFTP.
• Experience troubleshooting application logs and Windows services.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
• Good understanding of software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of RFID, barcode, and Android devices.
