Job summary

Dunkin’ UAE is seeking a Software Engineer to support and maintain IT systems and business applications across the UAE and Kuwait, including troubleshooting applications, databases, POS, ecommerce, websites, cloud systems, and integrations.

The role collaborates with internal teams and external vendors, manages system access and reports, monitors IT systems, and supports new technology and system improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, application support, database management, system integrations, and managing enterprise business applications.
