Job summary

The role collaborates with internal teams and external vendors, manages system access and reports, monitors IT systems, and supports new technology and system improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, application support, database management, system integrations, and managing enterprise business applications.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT systems and business applications across the UAE and Kuwait.
• Troubleshoot applications, databases, POS, ecommerce, websites, cloud systems, and integrations.
• Manage system access and reports; monitor IT systems; support new technology and system improvements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
