Job summary

Confidential Company, a well established international group based in Dubai, seeks an IT Specialist System Administrator to manage and support IT operations across the group, ensuring uptime and security.

You will handle day-to-day operations, administer ERP/HRM/CRM systems, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure data backups. UAE-based experience is required. Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and 3–6 years UAE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years UAE experience as a System Administrator / IT Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/HRM/CRM and finance & accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day IT operations systems networks and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to all departments and ensure smooth IT functionality.
• Administer and maintain company software systems including ERP HRM CSM and other departmental applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues promptly.
