Job summary

Khidmah is seeking a seasoned Facilities Management professional to lead soft services across major sites in the UAE. The role demands extensive experience in managing frontline teams, enforcing HSE standards, and delivering services in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Facility Management with relevant certifications, strong budgeting skills, and a proven track record in people development and client liaison.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field.
• MBA is preferable for advanced roles.
• FM-related certifications (e.g., BICSc) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate soft services teams across large facilities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO, HACCP, and UAE Labour Law requirements.
• Monitor KPIs/SLA performance and report to client and management.
• Prepare and review budgets, cost controls, and schedules.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure service quality.
