Job summary

Khidmah is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operational direction of FM services across large commercial premises in Abu Dhabi. You will manage engineering teams and outsourced providers to ensure safety, reliability, and cost-effective delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in FM, a degree in engineering, and strong HSE knowledge. You will translate client requirements into action plans, monitor performance, and maintain property management systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s in engineering or FM.
• FM certifications preferred.
• Solid knowledge of HSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best practice building operation plans.
• Prepare budget documentation and ensure budget compliance.
• Inspect facilities and determine service requirements.
• Manage non-engineering service contracts with procurement.
• Approve purchases and maintain inventory records.
• Ensure PPM regime is in place and adhered to.
• Analyze call-center data and plan improvements.
