Job summary

Six Construct, a BESIX Group subsidiary operating in the Middle East, seeks a Soft Services Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning, housekeeping and related services on site in the UAE. You will lead site teams, ensure quality, safety compliance and strong client satisfaction while coordinating with subcontractors and helpdesk functions.

The role requires 3–5 years in soft services within facility management, a relevant degree, and UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or Hospitality.
• 3–5 years of soft services experience within Facility Management.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals and equipment.
• Computer skills including reporting, emails and CMMS.
• Strong supervision, communication and customer service skills.
• BICS certification.
• UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily soft services operations (cleaning, housekeeping, waste, pest control, landscaping, janitorial).
• Lead and manage soft services staff; monitor attendance and performance.
• Assign daily tasks and provide training to maintain high standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of washrooms, offices and public spaces for cleanliness and compliance.
• Monitor SLAs and client expectations; implement corrective actions.
• Enforce health, safety and hygiene procedures; ensure PPE and chemicals are used properly.
• Coordinate with facility management, subcontractors, helpdesk, and clients for smooth service delivery.
• Handle client requests and feedback; ensure timely resolution.
• Manage materials, consumables, chemicals and equipment; optimize costs.
• Maintain records, reports, inspections and service documentation.
• Support audits, inspections and client reporting.
• Assist Facility Manager in achieving KPIs and contractual obligations.

The Soft Services Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for clients, tenants, and visitors. This position is responsible for overseeing daily soft services operations, leading site teams, maintaining service quality standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, and delivering excellent customer service. Through effective supervision, coordination, and continuous improvement, the role contributes to client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the successful achievement of facility management objectives.

What You'll Drive

• Supervise daily soft services operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control coordination, landscaping, and janitorial services.
• Lead and manage soft services staff, ensuring effective manpower deployment, attendance monitoring, and performance management.
• Allocate daily tasks and provide training and guidance to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of washrooms, common areas, offices, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with service standards.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs, contractual requirements, and client expectations, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene procedures, ensuring proper use of PPE, equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
• Coordinate with facility management teams, subcontractors, helpdesk functions, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage client requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Control and monitor cleaning materials, consumables, chemicals, and equipment to support efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, waste segregation, and cleanliness across all site facilities and storage areas.
• Maintain accurate operational records, inspection reports, attendance logs, and service documentation.
• Prepare regular reports and support audits, inspections, and client reporting requirements.
• Support emergency cleaning activities, special events, VIP visits, and other site operational requirements.
• Assist the Facility Manager in achieving KPIs, service targets, and contractual obligations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in soft services within Facility Management.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment.
