Six Construct, a subsidiary of the BESIX Group, is seeking a Hard Services (Civil) Supervisor in the UAE to lead civil maintenance on major assets. You will supervise daily activities, ensure quality and safety standards, and coordinate engineers, contractors, and service providers.

The role requires 5+ years in construction or facility maintenance, strong leadership, and fluency with drawings and specifications. UAE driving license is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance and hard services activities.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved specifications, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor technicians, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Verify proper installation, repair, and maintenance of civil assets.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and company standards.
• Raise and monitor corrective actions related to non-conformities.
• Enforce HSE policies and promote safe working practices.
• Conduct toolbox talks and site safety briefings.
• Coordinate activities with engineers, facility managers, clients, and contractors.
• Monitor work progress and support planning and scheduling activities.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover activities.
• Maintain site records, inspection reports, and operational documentation.
• Allocate work, support workforce development, and drive productivity.

• UAE Driving License mandatory.
