Job summary

Six Construct is seeking a Hard Services (Civil) Supervisor to lead civil maintenance and related hard services at our Abu Dhabi facilities. You will supervise day-to-day activities, ensure work meets specifications and quality standards, and coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and service providers on site.

You will also ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain comprehensive site records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction, Maintenance, or Facility Management.
• Good knowledge of drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• UAE Driving License mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance and hard services activities.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved specifications, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor technicians, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Verify proper installation, repair, and maintenance of civil assets.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and company standards.
• Raise and monitor corrective actions related to non-conformities.
• Enforce HSE policies and promote safe working practices.
• Conduct toolbox talks and site safety briefings.
• Coordinate activities with engineers, facility managers, clients, and contractors.
• Monitor work progress and support planning and scheduling activities.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover activities.
• Maintain site records, inspection reports, and operational documentation.
• Allocate work, support workforce development, and drive productivity.
