Six Construct, a subsidiary of the BESIX Group, seeks a Hard Services (Civil) Supervisor to lead maintenance and civil works within Abu Dhabi facilities. You will supervise day-to-day activities, ensure work meets specifications, and coordinate technicians, subcontractors and service providers on site.

You will uphold local regulations, enforce HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain thorough site documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, maintenance or facility management.
• Good knowledge of drawings, specifications and authority requirements.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• UAE Driving License mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance and hard services activities.
• Ensure works are executed to approved specifications and quality.
• Coordinate and monitor technicians, subcontractors and service providers.
• Verify proper installation, repair and maintenance of civil assets.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Raise and monitor corrective actions related to non-conformities.
• Enforce HSE policies and conduct toolbox talks and site briefings.
• Coordinate with engineers, facility managers, clients and contractors.
• Maintain site records and documentation.

What You'll Drive

• Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance and hard services activities.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved specifications, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor technicians, subcontractors, and service providers.

• Assist with testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover activities.
• Maintain site records, inspection reports, and operational documentation.
• Allocate work, support workforce development, and drive productivity.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
