Job summary

MediaSource FZC invites a Facilities Compliance Lead to supervise third-party soft services within an airport setting. You will ensure SLA adherence, conduct Maximo-based inspections, and escalate any gaps to the client and providers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management and at least 3 years of supervisory experience, with strong communication and stakeholder management to drive safe, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in soft services.
• Strong knowledge of Maximo for inspections and audits.
• Experience in client-facing roles holding service providers accountable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day soft services delivery by third-party providers.
• Conduct site inspections and audits in Maximo to verify KPIs.
• Coordinate with providers to meet safety requirements and airport regulations.
• Produce reports on service quality, operational performance, incidents and corrective actions.
• Support service mobilization including induction, training coordination and onboarding of contractors.
• Monitor availability and use of consumables and equipment to maintain continuity.
• Evaluate provider performance against contractual benchmarks and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records and audit logs in Maximo.
• Liaise with client stakeholders and coordinate joint audits and inspections in Maximo.
