Job summary

Wasael Property Management in the United Arab Emirates seeks a facilities management professional to ensure client requirements for services—such as landscaping, pest control, outdoor cleaning, waste management, water features and flag hanging—are met with high quality. You will support the Soft FM team with technical drafting for Aconex letters and supervise third-party contractors.

With 4 years in FM and an engineering background (CFM preferred) plus UAE driver’s license, you will lead

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• CFM or similar certification recommended.
• UAE Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Client satisfaction with services such as landscaping, pest control, outdoor cleaning, waste management, water features and flag hanging.
• Provide technical support to Soft FM team for preparing and drafting Aconex letters.
• Supervise the quality of service provided by Third Party Contractors.
• Perform inspections at all sites per audit programs and highlight to suppliers for rectification.
• Evaluate contractor/supplier performance with Third Party Services Department to improve service levels.
• Respond promptly to urgent client requests with appropriate solutions.
• Maintain properties to meet health and safety standards and comply with legal requirements.
• Manage property budget to avoid overspending on approved budget.
• Prioritize technical and service issues according to client criticality.
• Explain expected outcomes of technical services to the Client/Client Representative.
• Approve procurement requirements and ensure availability of spare parts as needed.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance per property.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
