Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite inspections of third-party service contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Service Operation Manuals and quality standards.
• Identify non-compliance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly service provider evaluation reports.
