Job summary

TalentOne is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and employer brand through engaging content and targeted campaigns. You will manage company social media accounts, develop content, and run paid campaigns, including Meta Ads, while coordinating with HR on recruitment content and employer branding.

Strong content creation, campaign management and analytics skills are required, with 3+ years in social media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
• 3+ years of social media experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and LinkedIn.
• Strong content creation, campaign management and performance analysis.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
