Job summary

TalentOne in Abu Dhabi is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to strengthen the company’s digital presence and employer branding through engaging content and targeted campaigns.

You will manage social media accounts, build content calendars, develop campaigns, run Meta Ads, monitor engagement, and collaborate with HR on recruitment branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant social media experience.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and LinkedIn.
• Strong content creation, campaign management and performance analysis.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
