Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• Experience in Internet Marketing, eCommerce, or Digital Marketing within hospitality/travel is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role at a 5-star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging captions and oversee community management (comments, DMs, engagement).
• Monitor social media performance, prepare monthly reports, and provide optimization insights.
• Oversee influencer activities to support campaign objectives and manage digital media coordination.
• Assist in drafting press releases, media invitations, and brand communications.
