Job summary

ELE Interiors in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Marketing Manager to drive the brand’s digital presence. You will lead social media strategy, content calendars, and collaboration with PR and events to grow engagement and leads for a boutique global interior design company.

You will produce high-quality content across TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, coordinate shoots, and partner with HR for internal content.

Qualifications

Experience in social media marketing and content strategy.
Ability to develop and manage content calendars.
Proven track record coordinating shoots and creative assets.
Strong writing and visual storytelling for multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of a cohesive social media strategy with clear growth objectives.
Produce monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and promotions.
Collaborate with marketing to integrate social media with PR and promotional activities.
Create and publish high-quality content (Reels, Stories, posts) across TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Coordinate photo/video shoots and align with ELE’s design vision.
Collaborate with HR to generate internal content for events and people initiatives.
Review work from 3D visualizers to select content matching brand quality.
Manage shoot logistics with photographers and videographers for professional shoots.
Keep ELE company profile up-to-date with fresh content.
