Job summary

CodeNxt Web Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Dubai is seeking a social account lead to run social for GCC region brands with bilingual EN/AR preference. You will own delivery for 8-12 active client accounts and drive strategic, measurable outcomes.

You will partner with creative, data and engineering teams to ship results, mentor 2-3 mid-level teammates as the practice grows, and participate in quarterly off-sites. Travel quarterly if you'd like.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar function.
• Portfolio of shipped work and measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable owning end-to-end client communication.
• Bias for documentation and clarity over hero work.
• Curious, calm under pressure, and biased to ship.
