You will manage day-to-day account operations supporting senior leadership and drive multi-channel strategies across PR, advertising, and digital media.

The role emphasizes strong writing, client management, and cross-functional collaboration within a hybrid work model designed to balance on-site and remote collaboration in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in communications PR or marketing.
• Experience managing high-profile clients and delivering campaigns.
• Strong English writing and editing; Arabic is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the UAE media landscape and cultural context.
• Proven ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Confident client handler with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the daily contact for key clients, managing communications expectations and delivering on project milestones.
• Develop and implement brand communication strategies and integrated campaign plans.
• Draft high-quality content including press releases, key messages, speeches, and social media copy.
• Drive media engagement with journalists and influencers across traditional and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with creative, digital, and paid media teams to deliver multi-channel brand campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and reporting.
• Support new business efforts including research, proposal writing, and pitch development.
• Manage account administration including budgets, timelines, reporting, and internal resourcing.
